SHIPPING:

Please note that shipping costs are based on current courier rates. These rates are not set by Temper + Lace. We currently offer free shipping over $100 across Canada and the United States.

RETURNS:

All items are final sale except clothing. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

Our products are fragile and can get damaged in transit. We will gladly ship you a new item (free of charge) if this does occur. Please email info@temperandlace.com with your order number and photos of the broken item(s). 

If you are experiencing any issues with our candles - please email info@temperandlace.com. We guarantee our products 100% and will gladly replace any candle causing you trouble.
